About us

William has been involved in Real Estate from an Early age. He worked for his father at a Las Olas high rise assisting tenants. He learned the importance of hard work, honesty, and good communication. He puts these traits to work today for his clients.

After attending Kimball Union Academy in New Hampshire he moved back to South Florida to college and worked on Mega Yachts.

After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Communications he moved to Melbourne Beach.

Buying his first house in 1999 he was attracted by the process and felt he would make a great Realtor.

He is an avid offshore angler and licensed Merchant Marine Officer. He can show you a side of Brevard County from the water few people ever get to appreciate.
